Furthermore, the United Africa Royal Assembly commends President Ouattara’s continued engagement with Côte d’Ivoire’s traditional leadership structures. His address to the National Chamber of Kings and Traditional Chiefs in Yamoussoukro in October 2025 highlighted the vital role of customary authorities in promoting national unity and peace, and his appeal to them to support peaceful elections reflects a strong commitment to respecting indigenous institutions and strengthening grassroots governance.
